Snack Wells new cost savings plan?

When I first pulled this out of the pantry alarms bells started ringing in my head. As a 6 years SWCS* veteran I immediately detected the subtle underweightedness® of the package.









At first glance everything looks perfectly normal, but a sharp eyed snacker will notice that something is awry. Row C Slot 13 is missing it's payload!
